Railway Station at Syedpur:
Saidpur is the railway town of Saidpur, which is the largest railway factory in the country. Western Railway Police (GRP) headquarters are located in Syedpur. As a result, the Saidpur railway station has become a major railway station in this region. The railway station was established in 1930. Several mail and local trains, including Inter-city Nilasagar Express, Dhaka-Inter-city Rupsa and Border Express, and Internagar Barind and Titumir Express on Rajshahi route from Dhaka to Syedpur Railway Station regularly operate. The railway city is known as Saidpur, which is known for its hundreds of daily journeys. To increase the quality of the services, the old building of the station breaks down and modern facilities are built in the building of the station. The newly constructed building of the building has a well-rested resting place, with all the facilities including waiting rooms. Besides, there are 5 flights on the Dhaka-Syedpur route via the air. There are improved communication facilities in the district along the road with Nilphamari, Rangpur, Dinajpur, and other upazilas of the district. All the unions have pucca road connections with the headquarters of the upazila. Among the intermediate communication medium of the upazila, buses, trucks, rickshaws and van vehicles, diesel power-driven three-wheeler etc. are notable.
