Syedpur Airport

Syedpur Airport In 1971, the Pakistani government built the Saidpur Airport for fluttering arms and armored aircraft during the Great War of Liberation. It is the only airport in North Bengal. On July 5, 1979, the runway of Saidpur Airport was expanded to 6,800 feet.

Saidpur Railway Factory

The country's largest Saidpur railway factory was established in 1870 at Syedpur town of Nilphamari district. This railway was originally established at the center of Syedpur city. 23 shops (sub-factories) in Sayedpur railway factory.

Golhate massacre

Golahat massacre day celebrated in the town of Syedpur in Nilphamari. Shaheed memorial commemorative committee, Syedpur organized the day's program to pay tribute to the martyrs' donation, worship-worship, candlelight and discussion meeting.
